Thoughtfully presenting what the bees so beautifully create.

Our Honey
Orion Creek Honey is gathered from a small apiary tucked along the wooded shores of Lake Mackintosh in Burlington, North Carolina. Our hives sit among tulip poplar, maple, sweetgum and the wild understory that thrives around the lake, giving our honey a deep, tree‑born character shaped by the forest itself. The bees draw their nectar from these hardwoods, creating a flavor that’s rich, warm, and unmistakably tied to this place.
We harvest in small batches and bottle every jar by hand, keeping the honey raw, unfiltered, and true to the hive. Nothing is heated, blended, or rushed. Each season brings its own subtle notes—bright in spring, amber and wood‑toned in summer, darker and more robust as autumn settles in.
Orion Creek Honey is simple, honest, and local. It’s the taste of the lake, the woods, and the quiet rhythm of the land we care for.
